Dr. Greenwood is board certified in Family Practice, and completed his training in 2011. He enjoys helping his patients optimize their health and enjoys spending time in the outdoors and being with his family.

Katie received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Katie is passionate about preventative health and enjoys developing relationships with patients and families while working with them to achieve their health-related goals. Katie speaks English and Spanish. In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband and dog.
Tony is a Certified Physician Assistant who studied Health Promotion and Education in his undergrad, then completed his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah. Tony is currently a Board Certified Physician Assistant and a Nationally Registered Paramedic. Tony loves all aspects and phases of family medicine with special interests in pediatrics. Tony speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. Tony enjoys helping people establish and achieve their optimum health. Personally, Tony enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
Nadia is a Certified Physician Assistant who studied nutrition in her undergrad, then completed her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada. Nadia speaks English and Spanish. Nadia works at Mid-Valley Health Clinic two days a week and is found at our Mobile Medical Clinic Tuesday & Wednesday each week.
Veronica is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who studied Health Promotion and Education in her undergrad and completed her Master's of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah. Veronica enjoys the wide spectrum of medicine that comes with practicing in primary care. She focuses on patient centered care that incorporates prevention and management. She speaks English and Spanish. She is a Utah native that enjoys the outdoors.
Doctor of Dental Medicine
Cindy Rask is originally from Costa Rica, and was raised in Miami from the age of 5 years old. Since she was very young, she enjoyed going to both her dentist and orthodontist. She knew she wanted to be a dentist during her high school years. She started her journey in Miami Dade Community College followed by Florida International University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology. While finishing her pre requisites for dental school she taught High School Biology. She attended Roseman University of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, Utah. She enjoys all branches of dentistry and building relationships with her patients. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her toddler and her husband.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Melissa received her Bachelors of Applied Science with a Major in Dental Hygiene from Weber State University in April 2019. She has worked throughout the Salt Lake Valley as a Hygienist and aided in increasing the understanding of the importance of dental health in her community. Melissa is passionate about her career and loves interacting with her patients. She believes dental health is a very important part of overall physical health. Melissa is fluent in English and Spanish. When Melissa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dogs for a walk.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rachel received her Dental Hygiene degree from Utah Valley University in 2009, and her Bachelors of Public Health degree from BYU-Idaho in 2019. She has worked in Utah County for the past 10 years and is actively involved in dental humanitarian efforts locally and overseas. Rachel loves being a hygienist, and feels that building relationships with her patients has been one of the most rewarding experiences of her career. When Rachel is not working, she is pursuing her passions for fitness, travel, and music. She loves spending time with friends and family and snuggling her cute puppy.

Marie Peterson is a born and raised Utahn. Since she was young she enjoyed creating art that has transferred into becoming a dentist. She continued her Dental journey after her bachelors at Southern Utah University in Engineering Design. Years later she found her calling as a dentist and moved onto her Dental career at Utah Valley University for Pre-dental courses. There she was involved in research in the biology department and continued her research into Dental School. She attended Roseman University of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, Utah. Then, continued her training at the University of Utah, General Practice Residency. Dentistry is a passion in her life. Marie enjoys spending time with her children and husband in nature with her down time.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Abigail received her Master’s degree in Social Work at Utah State University. She has an undergraduate degree in Law from BUAP, Mexico. Abigail likes to care for all ages, but especially enjoys working with children. She specializes in treating patients who have experienced domestic abuse, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Abigail enjoys the outdoors, hiking, swimming, and especially vacations on the beach. Abigail is married with three children.
Clinical Social Worker
Barbara obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University, and her undergraduate degree in social work from the University of Utah. Barbara has experience working with people who have been through trauma, especially those who have suffered domestic abuse. She has experience providing care for people of all ages, but particularly enjoys working with children and teenagers. Barbara was born in Argentina but has lived in the United States since she was 13. Barbara is married and part of a blended family with seven children.
Dr. Farrell is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry and has been a practicing optometrist since 1979. Dr. Farrell is fluent in Spanish. He enjoys working with all ages, but especially enjoys providing corrective eye glasses to children. “It is a absolutely wonderful to see children’s faces light up when they can see clearly for the first time”.
