Utah Partners for Health's Mission

To provide access to primary healthcare services for underserved individuals using an innovative model in partnership with the community.

Mobile Clinic Program

This program collaborates with 24 different community based organizations providing access to healthcare to low-income and underserved individuals who experience cultural barriers in accessing care. The mobile clinic is out each week in Salt Lake and Tooele counties.

Utah Partners for Health will be hosting two mobile clinics this week.

Tuesday September 16th from 8:00 to 2:00 at Granite Park Junior High. Granite Park Junior High is located at 3031 South and 200 East in Salt Lake City.

Wednesday September 17th from 8:00 to 2:00 at Granger Elementary. Granger Elementary is located at 3700 South and 1950 West in West Valley.
