When you visit UPFH, you can ask for an estimate of your visit payment, called a Good Faith Estimate. It is only an estimate. If you see your provider and need an x-ray during your appointment, for example, the x-ray service may be an additional charge.
 
You can ask about price before your appointment or during the appointment before any procedure.
